Website terms and service orders

By using this public website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. Keystone Tools is the coordinated catalog shown on this site; individual products may use their own product names. If you use the site on behalf of an association, management company, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The site provides product information, public guides, contact forms, and a browser-based recommendation tool. It does not itself appoint Keystone Tools as your manager, agent, attorney, reserve specialist, collection agency, or fiduciary.

Offers, pricing, and availability

We distinguish checkout-ready offers from early-access or pilot offers. A displayed planned price, founding rate, feature, delivery target, or capacity statement is not a promise of availability until it appears in an accepted checkout or signed order. Taxes, approved custom work, and third-party fees may be separate when disclosed before acceptance.

Checkout-ready subscriptions may be changed or cancelled as described at checkout and in the applicable order. Early-access services may require scope confirmation, capacity approval, named owners, security or recovery evidence, and a signed offer before work begins. We may correct an obvious site error before an order is accepted.

Acceptable use

You may use public content for legitimate evaluation and internal business planning. You may not:

• interfere with the site, evade rate limits, probe for credentials, or attempt unauthorized access;
• submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material;
• place resident-level sensitive information, payment-card data, passwords, secret keys, or government identifiers in a public form;
• misrepresent an output as a professional decision or alter an audit record to conceal its history; or
• use automated extraction in a way that materially burdens the service or ignores published access controls.

Human authority and professional boundaries

Keystone products automate preparation, routing, comparison, reminders, and records. They do not independently approve architectural requests, impose fines, authorize payments, select vendors, determine legal requirements, make reserve-study conclusions, decide fair-housing or employment questions, detect emergencies, commence liens or foreclosure, or give legal, accounting, investment, engineering, insurance, or tax advice.

You remain responsible for source documents, role assignments, required notices, professional review, final decisions, and lawful use. Product-specific gates and exclusions are part of the service, not obstacles to bypass.

Third-party services and links

The site may link or hand off to Stripe, email, hosting, font delivery, or other third-party services. Their availability, security, and terms are controlled by their providers. A link is not an endorsement of every third-party statement. Review the terms presented by a provider before sending information or completing payment.

Ownership, records, and feedback

Keystone Tools and its licensors retain rights in the site, software, product names, visual system, and original content. You retain rights in information you lawfully provide. A paid order will describe your access to product outputs and exports.

If you voluntarily suggest an improvement, you allow us to use the suggestion without restriction or compensation, but you do not transfer ownership of confidential source material or personal information. Do not send another party’s confidential information unless you are authorized and the product channel is approved for it.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The public site and guides are provided for general information and evaluation. While we work to keep them accurate and available, they are provided on an “as available” basis and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties relating only to the public site are disclaimed.

You are responsible for decisions made from public information and for maintaining appropriate backups and professional review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Tools is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising only from use of the public site. A signed paid-service order controls warranties, service levels, liability allocation, refunds, and remedies for that service. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may protect, limit, or suspend site access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or law. We may update these terms prospectively by posting the revised version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the updated website terms apply; a signed service order does not change unless its own change process is followed.

If one website term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue. Delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These website terms and the Privacy & Data Notice are the entire public-site agreement; the accepted service order is the agreement for a paid service.
