Before you ask.
Does BoardBridge transfer bank authority or account access?
No. It records the external action, owner, reference, and acknowledgment. The bank, vault, registrar, platform, insurer, or other authoritative system still controls the actual change.
Can we store passwords so the next board has them?
No. BoardBridge does not store passwords, tokens, recovery codes, secret answers, MFA seeds, or private keys. Use an approved vault and record only a human-readable reference and recovery owner.
What happens if something changes after an officer signs?
The package digest changes and that attestation becomes stale. The current report must be reviewed and signed again before finalization.
Does a finalized report prove the handoff is legally complete?
No. It proves which administrative record was assembled and acknowledged. Legal custody, fiduciary duties, bank mandates, title, access rights, and professional sufficiency remain outside BoardBridge.
